Still exists in wine 3.3 master branch.
I know this is about I/O Completion Ports, and I find this patch:

on wine-staging's github.

I'm trying to apply this patch (only this patch) to wine 3.3 master branch, and
after I recompile wine, the program can run without crash, but the web page
still not show.

I think only patch the files above is not enough to make IOCP work, so I would
like to know, what else I should do? Which patch should I apply?
