[Bug 42611] Slides in Slide pane/ New Slide dropdown are not rendered properly in PowerPoint 2013

I just let wine run powerpoint from the command line to collect some messages
from stdout. The following four messages keep repeating a lot and seemed
video-related:

0106:fixme:d3d:wined3d_buffer_create Ignoring access flags (pool).
0106:fixme:d3d11:d3d10_device_RSSetViewports Multiple viewports not
implemented.
0106:fixme:d3d11:d3d10_device_RSSetScissorRects Multiple scissor rects not
implemented.
0106:fixme:d2d:d2d_d3d_render_target_DrawGeometry Ignoring stroke style
0x19852b60.

Anything to go on in these?
