Bug https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43240 is doing the same thing,
passing a unix path name to GetVolumePathNameW

I'm passing in the filename "Z:\tmp\winebugtest\winebugtest.java"


If GetVolumePathNameW converts unix path name slash's / to \\ before it begins
processing the path name then these bugs are fixed.
