rebased patch against current git

I rebased Zebediah`s patch from 21-09-2017 against current git, because it
didn`t apply cleanly anymore.

Didn`t know that git was so smart but I could just do

git diff
661791cb7ea3757655aeff4fb061ada27a88cecc..f5268feeacbd86fd680f88cdfb337ceca14ad03e
--  dlls/msi


where 6617..... is current HEAD and f5268...... is some commit from 21-09-2017.

Then apply Zebediah`s patch from  21-09-2017
