Hello folks,

how about not recycling tickets over and over again for different
problems/bugs?

-> No proper traceability from Bugzilla ticket to specific commit(s) and vice
versa in case of regression.

-> Makes it impossible to resolve tickets for other apps as dupes in case the
apps suffers from one issue but not the others mixed in here.
