I ran "WINEDEBUG=+loaddll wine  '/media/Games/Heroes of the

If I can trim that down or provide any further information I'd be more than
happy, I'm th enew AppDB Maintainer for Heroes of the Storm and I'm eager to
move forward, squash this bug (and the dx11 fatal crash on startup).
