The game is very slow loading menu. Menu worked, but it's slow. After disabling
csmt, everything works perfect.

I have ran the game in a console, but there was only this message repeatedly:
002f:fixme:ddraw:wined3dmapflags_from_ddrawmapflags Unhandled flags 0x20
