[Bug 43653] Waves Central: install vst plugins issue

The Waves Central abort message can apparently be fixed by using Wine Staging
2.21 and doing

The following steps are required to avoid the error.

Installing robocopy

Robocopy.exe: Robust File Copy Utility

Adding environment variables

wine regedit
Add the following environment variables under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Environment

NAME    DATA
COMMONPROGRAMFILES(X86)    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files
PROGRAMFILES(X86)    C:\Program Files (x86)
PUBLIC    C:\users\Public


If Wine 3 Devel had the Wine Staging SetFileCompletionNotificationModes added
then might be able to handle Waves Central and other apps.
