The program needs COM Class "0af10cec-2ecd-4b92-9581-34f6ae0637f3"
(PortableDeviceManager) from PortableDeviceApi.dll

Take the 64bit dll from a win7 install, register it with "wine64 regsvr32
PortableDeviceApi.dll" and the program starts up.
Not sure if it then really works, but I somewhat doubt it.
