The first crash explained (by comment 9), and evidently the first crash
encountered, is the unreadable region between sections in dxgi.dll.
Accordingly, if there are no objections, I'd like to mark this bug as a
duplicate of bug 44650, in the interest of making it more clear what bug report
is tracking what problem.
