Usage of "Direct Manipulation" introduced in Windows 8
(https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/hh446969(v=vs.85).aspx),
in a software, trigger an unexpected exception and cause a crash.

Some GUID libs are not registered :
