fake succes in AddPrintProcessor

The installer issue is easily fixed by just returning TRUE in
AddPrintProcessorA.

I think for now this OK as AddPrintProcessorW already fakes a TRUE,so why not
AddPrintProcessorA. Ikll send the patch later
