Hello folks,

since the stub dll was introduced recently (unfortunately causing some
regressions) resolving this now as 'fixed'.

I've also added a component 'atmlib' to Wine Bugzilla to track issues related
to this library.

Louis Lenders found an old Adobe Technical Note #5073 which describes the Adobe
Type Manager API to a certain extent.

There is still 'winetricks -q atmlib' when the apps require a working
implementation (proper rendering of Type1 fonts).
