Actually this was really a duplicate of 
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45158 then, but i`ll resolve that one
as duplicate then, doesn`t really matter

Meanwhile I downloaded trial of Framemaker8 (Framemaker7 trials are not
available anymore) and that showed a simalar  error message (then exit), and
starts fine again with the stub. Changing title accordingly.
