Revising the bug summary based on the duplicate, which reports problems with
all Office 2010 apps, not just Excel.

As I noted in the other bug, this seems to be an Arch-specific issue, as Office
2010 apps work fine on my system (openSUSE) in 3.8.

If you think it's a regression in Wine, the next step is to run a regression
test. I can't do it for you because I can't reproduce the problem.
