There seems to be something weird going on with queries:

004b:err:d3d:wined3d_debug_callback 0x1df43da0: "GL_INVALID_OPERATION error
generated. Cannot begin query on an active query object.".

and many more related errors. A +d3d trace might help.

BTW, I don't know what Wine frontend or something are you using to run the game
but I assume that the "csmt: off" at the top of the log isn't actually true.
