Confirming.

Don't know which wine version the OP used, so setting version to 3.8.

Problem disappears after using native oleaut32.dll.

Free download is available, but it needs registration and "winetricks -q
jet40". (installation requires a few gigabytes space)

Might look into it when I have time during the weekend.
