Dragon Age Inquisition now launches successfully with Wine 3.8, however it will
hang when trying to go fullscreen. 
'GstRender.FullscreenEnabled 0' in ~/Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age
Inquisition/Save/ProfileOptions_profile prevents the hang as long as you don't
touch the Fullscreen Mode option in the game's settings. 

Unfortunately the game doesn't render correctly at this point. Some effects
seem to be missing, and colors are wrong. But that's an issue for a different
bug report.
