This seems to be a general issue with the Autodesk's "Install Now" and
"Download Now" installers which are described here:

I got the same error message and similar console output when I tried the
"Download Now" method for downloading Revit 2019 as well as other Autodesk
products like AutoCAD LT, Revit LT, Revit 2018.

There is a third method called "Browser Download" which does not seem to be
offered any more for the latest Autodesk products:
