Workaround for this issue:

One can download the programs on a Windows PC or VM with Autodesk's "Download
Now" method:
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/download/about-download-methods/download-now-method-for-autodesk-account

After that, I ran into bug 40206
