It isn't, DXVK is not a configuration we support. The bug was reported as fixed
in comment 3 though, and now the original reporter has effectively abandoned
the bug report.

It's not entirely clear whether the issue you reported in comment 5 is the same
issue, or a different but very similar issue, but if you can still reproduce
that, and care about getting it fixed, we can reopen this bug report.
