Essentially, RESOLVED NOTOURBUG signifies that the bug exists upstream, but
hasn't been fixed yet. CLOSED NOTOURBUG signifies that the bug has been fixed
upstream and that that fix has been released. In a somewhat similar manner,
RESOLVED FIXED means that the bug has been fixed in Wine but that the fix
hasn't been released yet; such bugs are closed when a release is made. Other
status (INVALID, ABANDONED, DUPLICATE) can be closed at any point; there's no
distinction made there.

Closing for real, then.
