wine 3.18-staging thread log matching the 3.19 one previously attached

Ref bug comments: Lines 308-311 show RtlWakeAllConditionVariable being used in
3.18 (I expected a stub message for the WakeOnAddress version)

Log truncated as it is big and never hangs
