OK, I tried to start the game without dxvk. During the initial videos the game
just crashes with nVidia's proprietary drivers.  I did capture a log from some
dx debug channels. The trace debug class gave me a log that was 700 megs
uncompressed. So, I went with err+d3d & warn+d3d plus dxgi & d3d11.
If you want it I'll upload it.
