[Bug 46112] photoshop 5.5 (from 1999, NOT CS5) crashes on startup following Ubuntu automatic upgrade

I didn't update wine that I'm aware of, but the Nov update was a big one from
Ubuntu 16 to Ubuntu 18 and may have included it. I've done my best to include
the installation and update logs from august to today. if a wine update snuck
in, it should be in that log file.

I also took a smaller update immediately prior to the recent attempt to run
photoshop that triggered this report.

If you know of a better command to list what has been automatically updated,
please let me know and I'll run it for you.
