I had a quick look, will look closer tomorrow or so. And then also attach full
debuglog

I think the ":en-Us.mst" comes from this %setupuilang%.mst". I wanted to see th
content of the file Setup.ini with "less" and it seems to contain
garbage/binary file. 

This is what file says:

file Setup.ini: Little-endian UTF-16 Unicode text, with very long lines, with
CRLF, CR line terminators 

I`ll have a closer look tomorrow, no time atm
