Hi Falko, patch is in new released wine-3.20

However before you get happy, the installer suffers from more bugs.

You`ll need native ucrtbase (i think that was winetricks vcrun2015 ), and then
it seems afaict to run into https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=42792

Last hack/thing I tried was remove custumaction Do_sqlServiceSidType_64 from
sqllocaldb.msi with Orca, that made manual installation if MicroSoft SQL Server
claim success, but then the Autodesk ran into another crash trying to install
next step:Autodesk Content Library. For now i guess first bug 42792 must be
fixed.
