Hello folks,

resolving as dupe of bug 45359 ("SHGetKnownFolderPath doesn't handle flag
KF_FLAG_DONT_UNEXPAND") based on user 'rawfox' input (I guess it's the same
user/handle as on Reddit).

How to report

Each bug report should cover one problem. If there are additional problems with
the same application or game, file separate reports for each.

Anyway, this is a typical symptom for a borked/broken Wine installation and/or
broken WINEPREFIX -> not a Wine bug.
