Unfortunately, despite having quite a few OSX developers, we no longer have
anyone to run the tests on that platform :-( So it's likely not much progress
can be made on this bug.

Furthermore I still think this bug should be split into individual bugs: one
per failing test. So I'm marking it Resolved+Invalid. Then when someone runs
the tests on OSX and notices failures, new bugs should be opened, one per
failing test.
