Hi, thanks for responding.

Installing windowscodecs did not resolve the issue. I have attached the logs
using the settings requested.

Haven't tested in a different prefix yet, it's a little late where I live. I'll
do this when I get time around tomorrow.

The log file is still too big after compression, I have uploaded it
