Just to be 100% sure I did retest again.

I still get the stack corruption with all xinput_main.c functions having the
ms-hook-prologue attribute. I did add it to DllMain() too, just in case. No
dice.

they need the hook attribute.

Unfortunately there seems to be unknown problem that still needs investigation.

I can't find a way to debug that myself as running `winedbg` is nightmare...
I'm getting millions of exception for float point lost precision in gdi32.dll .

Let me ask you, can you start 'HL2 Lost Coast' on your system?
AFAIK it is a tech demo so it should be freely accessible.
