Software installed

The software attached is a GUI for control a equipment (if need I can attache
the installation wizard/setup).
After I use the "load setup file" in the main windows (or any other) the close
and minimize button of the title windows disappear.
I am urnning at Wine 3.20 on Ubuntu 16.04.
