A user repoorted trouble with this program also on the forum

Needs dotnet40, after that in wine-3.21 I get a crash after the program seems
to hang for a minute or so, looks like ot tries to make connection (?)

However, in Staging it starts fine, so there must be a Staging patch that fixes
this..
