Retested with wine-3.21 official.

The glitch is still in my system.

Change the driver?

The version you have used of wine 3.21 is from git or the liberated one?

OpenGL renderer string: GeForce GTX 1060 3GB/PCIe/SSE2
OpenGL version string: 4.6.0 NVIDIA 396.54.09
