I'm also experiencing this.  I've tried changing the keybindings in Windows
(since keybinds are saved to your account) in hopes that it sticks when I open
it up in Linux, but no luck.  Everything carries across except for the Ctrl
keys.  Always reverts back to 'Rcontrol"
