Hi, 

Since I upgrade from 3.7 to 3.17, I face similar issue :
- mouse doing strange thing
- keyboard "keep some keys pressed"
- strange UI bug in Witcher 3 where I can see game controller keys appear. The
game might think a game controller is plugged in.

Issue observed in TESO and Witcher 3.

On TESO, my character keep walking. And on Witcher, Geralt goes on the left
sometimes (no he's not drunk ^^)

I'll try to have a look to change logs from 3.7->3.17

Using DXVK 0.80 on Debian testing.
