Open terminal and run ``wine winecfg``, then under the ``Libraries`` tab, edit
msvcr100 to ``builtin`` and then run 

WINEDEBUG=+msvcrt wine  "C:\Program Files\Punch! Software\ViaCAD 3D
10\exe\ViaCAD3D.exe" ViaCAD3D.exe >> log 2>&1

invoke crash, and attach the (bzipped2) log to this bugreport. 

After that run ``wine winecfg`` and you can then set msvcr100 back to native to
use your program. Thanks in advance
