stub for  PTOpenProviderEx

Here`s a stub for PTOpenProviderEx, it should i think at least fix the crash.
Maybe you`re lucky and the app has another codepath availabe for printing?

Could you add the name of the app  to this bugreport, and if it is free/has a
trial add a downloadlink? Thanks
