I had noticed the camera / turning issue as well, so I did some bisecting
today.

For the camera / turning issue, it is not present in Wine during my testing. It
is actually caused by the Wine-Staging patch:
https://github.com/wine-staging/wine-staging/tree/master/patches/server-send_hardware_message.

Can you confirm? (e.g. not present on Wine 3.17, present on Wine-Staging 3.17,
and excluding server-send_hardware_message patch fixes Wine-Staging)

I don't know anything about the mouse "click and hold" problem. But if
reverting "server-send_hardware_message" doesn't fix it, then I would suggest
opening up a separate issue for it.
