No it should work like that, it works here at least. The only thing I can come
up with is that your wine-package/dependencies might be broken, but that`s just
a shot in the dark. Maybe someone else on Mint could test, see if she/he runs
into same trouble.(I guess you use oficially packages, not self compiled ones?)
