Thanks for adding the stubs for staging.

The program does not use these functions. I checked with IDA. It's only using
GetProcAddress to get the address of these 2 functions and many other exported
functions in SetupApi.DLL (I stopped counting after 300 and as far as I know,
the SetupApi.DLL in Windows 7 has more than 600 exported functions). 

In fact, it looks like the program is using only 5 functions from the DLL.

So no problem, if these functions are only stubs.
