reopening , crashes differently then PSP2018/2019 installers:

0026:err:ntdll:RtlLeaveCriticalSection section 0x33ebbc is not acquired
wine: Unhandled stack overflow at address 0x7c99c9bf (thread 0026), starting
debugger...

That is after applying patches from bug 45659
