Now works perfectly, under: 
arch 4.18.14 
mesa 18.2.2-1

vulkan-intel 18.2.2-1
nvidia-390xx 390.87-6
bumblebee 3.2.1-20

Last week didn't work so it has to be something with the last pack upgrades
