Crash report from the game, with unhandled Exception

This crash I could reproduce at startup with wine 3.18 on Arch Linux.

However, I am not sure if it is the same Issue, and if it is a wine issue at
all.
1) wine has been set to windows 7, while windows 10 did not run into the Issue.
2) the game has handled and produced the report. So it might rather be
something within the game? - I am not sure if this is not misleading.
3) This error has occured always at loadtime and seemed reproducable in a row.
I will check again if it sticked.

I upload the Zip anyhow as produced by the game. It contains the error message,
plus dump files plus all other stuff that Wargaming thinks usefull.
