Hello!

The first part of the bug is the crash in the installer, which is a dupe of
39456.

Then, the second part of this bug is the disorted login dialog (what the title
says). This is fixed by installing corefonts.

I have reproduced the disorted dialog on wine 3.18.

I have confirmed that the disorted dialog is fixed by installing corefonts on
wine 3.18.

This bug should probably be closed.

Star Citizen should probably be marked as affected by 39456.
