Hello,

I am experiencing crashes in Star Citzen's installer on wine 3.19.

I have applied **only** the inseng-Implementation patch from wine-staging to
the wine 3.19 source tree and I can confirm that the crash is gone.

Star Citizen should be added to the apps affected by this bug.
