[Bug 41639] Wine with freetype 2.7 causes font rendering issues

- Apply 0001, 0002 patch.
- Set the size of the notepad font size to 8pt, or 9pt.
- Type the this text.

Or, any english text document.
- Try the another font.

I can get the same results. I want to hear the feeling of the outcome.
