I can confirm that with wine 3.19 on Ubuntu 16.04, the "unhandled page fault"
crash is still there.

After using winetricks to install amstream and quartz dlls, it hangs because

0035:err:gstreamer:unknown_type Could not find a filter for caps:
"video/x-msvideo"
0009:err:gstreamer:GST_Connect GStreamer failed to play stream

My system video player (Totem) is able to play the intro.avi file without
problems, though.
