It crashes in MsiPublishAssemblies. The key path for the published assembly
doesn't match any of the files in the File table, which the existing code
doesn't expect.

On Windows, I don't see any assemblies in the registry after installing the
program, so I suspect the correct solution is just to skip trying to modify the
key if we can't find the relevant file.
