[Bug 45775] `winetricks directx9` overrides DirectShow dlls (devenum, quartz, msdmo, qcap, quartz) as native but doesn't install them

I've installed directx using lonewolf directx

However after i try and install the klite codecs i get 4 RegSVR32 errors that i
usually don't get. I've attached a picture of the errors.
